You chose our IPS Secondary Insurance including Sports cover for 12 months.

Your trip duration will exceed this policy's 12 months period of cover. You can apply for further cover with us for the remaining part of your trip shortly before the expiry of this policy.

Your total premium will be € 363,50 including insurance premium tax and an administration charge of €3,50.

You have chosen to pay in instalments. Your first 6 months payment will be € 183,50 and must be paid before your trip commences or not later than 10 days after your arrival in the Netherlands.

To continue and for instant cover, you must carefully review and then confirm you understand and accept the following statements:-

  1. I am traveling to the Netherlands where this cover will be in effect.
  2. I understand that cover will be issued on a provisional basis subject to me paying the premium.
  3. I understand that costs related to medical circumstances known or present upon commencement of my trip and which can reasonably be expected to be incurred are not covered.
  4. I will be covered by a European Health Insurance Card throughout my IPS policy coverage.

I confirm that I have read and understood the above statements and carefully checked them and the other information provided in this application. I believe the answers given are true and correct and agree this insurance will be based on them, the other information provided and the terms and conditions of this policy which I have read.
